Specialising in software development that models risk and potential catastrophies for the insurance industry our client, with fifteen meeting rooms in the UK, were looking for an AV solution to improve communications across the company. The remit was to install an all-inone video conferencing solution to improve conferencing facilities, therefore saving time across the organisation with an improved communications infrastructure.
Designing a Mac Mini hardware solution, we installed a further solution to include a PTZ camera and tablet room controller. This allowed the company to share content and arrange start calls direct from the room’s tablet.
Further works included installing multiple microphones across the meeting tables, so voice calls were perfectly legible across all corners of the meeting rooms. The client can now share content wirelessly across meeting rooms with Zoom automatic wireless pairing.
