Specialising in software development that models risk and potential catastrophies for the insurance industry our client, with offices in London and the USA, were looking for a solution to provide high quality support for their IT infrastructure in both locations.

The introduction to MaintenancePro involved some initial maintenance work in the UK. The client was very impressed by the response and the quality of the work carried out and the decision was made to use the service in the UK and USA. This not only provided a solution for their current support of OEM IT infrastructure, costs were reduced dramatically in comparison to their previous OEM support package.

Following initial pre failure checks across the current system, MaintenancePro was initialised to provide a full monitoring and remote support service in both locations.
